A building model is only worth what it saves once construction starts.

Before anything gets built, MDI creates a detailed digital model of the building, so problems such as pipes and ductwork running into each other, or systems that do not fit where they are supposed to, get caught and fixed on a screen instead of discovered mid-construction, where they cost time and money. For buildings that already exist, MDI can scan and document the structure as it stands today, which matters for renovations or when a building is being bought, sold, or insured and someone needs to know exactly what is there.
