Dear Valued Customers,
In the midst of rapidly-evolving updates and challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, MDI Access is continually adapting our business and operations in an effort to support our customers, employees and communities.
On March 20, 2020 Governor Pritzker declared a statewide “Stay At Home Order” that took effect as of Saturday, March 21st at 5 PM. The mandate includes closures of all non-essential businesses but allows essential services and facilities to remain open.
MDI Access is justified in maintaining our operation due to the mission critical infrastructure we support and our status as a general contractor for critical applications. Therefore, we want to ensure that due to the nature of our business supporting mission critical sites such as Government/Military, Telecommunications, Data Centers, Utilities, and Critical Care Facilities, we are in full operation.
Our supply chain is currently secure, but in an effort to be proactive with material management, we ask that our customers please send in any orders you have that are not already in house with MDI Access. This will allow us to increase inventory of raw goods and keep lead times to a minimum. This applies to any equipment, products or services that will potentially be shipping in the next 120 days.
We are regularly communicating with our critical facility end-users, partners, and suppliers to ensure that together we may continue to serve those needs. This is a fluid situation with local, state, and federal jurisdictions issuing guidance and or restrictions continuously. Rest assured that we will contact you in the event that we are required to further change course due to such guidance.
Sincerely,
MDI Access
